Guardian Systems - Production Team

The Production team are responsible for the fabrication of windows, doors and conservatories using a variety of materials including Aluminium, Timber, Hybrid and uPVC.

The floor space accommodates eight workstations using the latest equipment and technology for cutting, prepping, wielding, chipping out, hanging, beading, glazing and a conservatory roof section. An in-house spary booth faciltiy allows Guardian to paint, varnish and stain the various materials it fabricates to specific colours specified by the customer. The production team liaisies internally and communicates closely with customers to delivery and installation dates are met.
