What is the CPA ?
The CPA is an independent body, offering a range of services
designed to offer purchasers of home improvements valuable
protection. The CPA is not tied to any particular trade, therefore
our Protection Schemes can apply to a whole range of home
improvements. Protection is only offered by CPA members,
those companies that have satisfied us that they are
thoroughly professional in their chosen industry.

Insurance Backed Guarantee !
In the unlikely event that the member company should cease
to trade, a CPA Consumer Guard Insurance Backed Guarantee
will enable you to claim for the repair of any installation defects
that may subsequently arise. Depending on the nature of the
work undertaken, this guarantee is available for a period of
up to 10 years.

What is Guaranteed ?
Deposit Indemnity ! Your deposit of up to 25% of the net
contract price can be protected for a period of up to 10 weeks.

Important: In order for your deposit to be protected you must
be issued with a Deposit Indemnity Certificate detailing the
schemes terms and conditions Part A of the certificate must
be returned to us by recorded delivery within 7 days of issue
and Part B retained by you In the event of a claim, you will
be asked to produce this certificate.
